Way they were raised

Things they watch on TV

Past teachings or experiences

Drugs, alcohol or other addictions

Diet, lack of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, roughage, etc.

Plain ignorance, stupidity or foolishness
Many of us have these problems. I do. You probably do.
All of us know or love someone who does.
What does this mean? It means that the things people do which hurt
us may not be entirely under their control.
Understanding this will help us to control our own actions and attitudes
when people hurt us.
